At checkout, you will be able to select two options: (1) Standard 1-5 business day delivery option @ $2.99 (but FREE for orders above $35!), (2) Scheduled delivery @ $10 for deliveries on Tuesdays & Fridays between 3-7pm.
If you'd like delivery to be done on a specific date, please drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate :)
For standard delivery, our delivery partners (J&T Express and NinjaVan) will execute their delivery processes when they are at your door. For scheduled deliveries, our delivery colleagues will arrive between 3-7pm, and will only give you a call if no one answers the door. If you'd like for contactless delivery, you can also let us know to leave your box outside your door too.
Yes! We've had thousands of customers at MoguShop who have made safe and secure purchases. Your credit card information goes through a secure payment gateway and we cannot access your payment details.
No you do not need an account! If you prefer, you can key in your shipping details upon checkout without creating an account. However, we encourage you to create an account so that it's easier to place an order in the future. You can also sign up for our rewards programme to save more!
