ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS YOU NEVER THOUGHT YOU HAD

Delivery 

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
At checkout, you will be able to select two options: (1) Standard 2-4 business day delivery option @ $2.99 (but FREE for orders above $35!), (2) Next-day delivery @ $10. For next-day delivery, we deliver between 4.30pm-7.30pm every day except for Sundays and public holidays. 
WILL YOU CONTACT ME WHEN HE/SHE ARRIVES?
For standard delivery, our delivery partners (J&T Express and NinjaVan) will execute their delivery processes when they are at your door. For next-day delivery, our delivery colleagues will arrive between 4.30pm-7.30pm, and will only give you a call if no one answers the door. You can also let us know to leave your box outside your door.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! If you want to ship our snacks overseas, please drop us a message at hello@mogushop.asia. We will assist you with a special arrangement.
WHAT ABOUT LARGER CORPORATE ORDERS?
We can customise the delivery just for you! Please drop us a message at hello@mogushop.asia.

Payment 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay with MasterCard and VISA! And you will soon be able to pay with PayNow.
IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
Yes! We've had thousands of customers at MoguShop who have made safe and secure purchases. Your credit card information goes through a secure payment gateway and we cannot access your payment details.

Orders and Returns

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you do not need an account! If you prefer, you can key in your shipping details upon checkout without creating an account. However, we encourage you to create an account so that it's easier to place an order in the future. You can also sign up for our rewards programme to save more!
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ORDER OR A FAULTY PRODUCT?
Please contact us immediately on the day of delivery with your order number and we will investigate and let you know how we will rectify the situation within the next business day. We can be reached at hello@mogushop.asia. 
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled. But we will do our best to help you once you contact us at hello@mogushop.asia.
